the accommodation component is payable at the time of booking (credit card only)
**For all other bookings a 50% deposit, payable by credit card only
**Guests wishing to pay by direct deposit must pay for
the full amount of their accommodation.
**Cheques
are only accepted as full payment up to one month prior to your arrival and
booking is not confirmed until the cheque has been cleared.
BALANCE is payable prior to departure by credit card or cash.

SMOKING We have been a smoke-free property since 1 November 2006. SMOKING is not permitted in or around the building
or facilities but facilities are provided at the gateway to the property
[in the car park]

CANCELLATION
POLICY
** Deposits will not be refunded if less than 14 days
notice is given, unless room/s is re-let.
** Deposits will be refunded, less a $A22.00 handling
fee, provided more than 14 days notice is given.
** "No Shows" will be charged the balance of
the value of their accommodation plus the
full value of any meals ordered.
